APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) epoxy resin clamping machines are used in the manufacturing process of electrical components such as transformers, insulators, and switchgear. These machines are designed to mix and pressurize epoxy resin and hardener to form a solid casting material.

8. Release the pressure: Once the epoxy resin has cured, release the pressure on the mold and remove the clamps. Carefully open the mold to reveal the solid casting material inside.

9. Remove the casting: Carefully remove the casting from the mold and inspect it for any defects or imperfections. Trim any excess material if necessary and clean the casting to prepare it for further processing or assembly.

10. Clean up: After completing the casting process, turn off the machine and clean any spills or residue that may have accumulated during operation. Properly store any leftover epoxy resin and hardener according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
